Welcome To Arizona First Tech Challenge!
FIRST Tech Challenge is designed for students in grades 7-12 to compete head to head, using a sports model and to transition students from FIRST Lego League to the next level of robotics.
Teams are responsible for designing, building, and programming their robots to compete in an alliance format against other teams.
Teams, including coaches, mentors and volunteers, are required to develop strategy and build robots based on sound engineering principles.
Awards are given for the competition as well as for community outreach, design, and other real-world accomplishments.
Students learn coopertition, to cooperate with those you are in compitition with, as well as gracious professionalism.
FIRST Tech Challenge student out perform their peers in life due to the enriching experiences they have participating in FIRST Tech Challenge.

The Estrella Foothills High School robotics team is taking their engineering skills to an international level.
Mogollon Rim Jaegers
Jaegers Robotics Team alliance won both matches in the Franklin Division semi-finals at the 2016 world championships, so they advanced to the Division Finals. This makes their team 1 of 6 in our Division and 1 of 12 in the entire world!!!
